GDArch offers complimentary conceptual elevated massing studies where a client’s desired home size, program and look is Conceptually studied within the municipal or community’s guidelines. Below are a few of our previous studies.
As these are time intensive, they are limited to 2 sites, versions or iterations. Initial study turn-around time is generally 1 week. Client must be under contract for the service to be complimentary. Construction budget must exceed $2 mil.

A Chicago native, Gage has also lived in Los Angeles, Venezuela, Philadelphia and Denver and traveled the world. He has used his observant eye to soak in inspiration. A graduate of the renowned USC School of Architecture and Jefferson University Sustainable Design masters program, he has a great understanding of the order and impact that architecture can have on a person, community and the world. While in search of the exceptional, he has always been grounded in reality and works to design architecture using his mantra, “hide the economy to afford the exceptional”. That frugality ensures the creation of efficient and appropriate designs that still have moments of WOW! With GDArch, he makes new from within. Gage lives with his wife, Amy, and their 3 children in Colorado where they enjoy hiking, skiing, and traveling.
Naomi Roche AIA

Also a graduate of the renowned USC School of Architecture, Naomi currently resides in SW Vermont. Originally from Salt Lake City, she has lived in Los Gatos, LA, Carson City, Ann Arbor and Upstate NY. She loves to travel but is happiest relaxing with her children on the shores of Lake Tahoe. Naomi has hands on experience with most construction trades and is detail oriented with a passion for design.

A recent graduate of the Environmental Design program at CU Boulder, Annabel is originally from Minnesota and currently resides in Colorado. She loves trying new things and seeing new places. She is happiest in the sunshine and loves to ski and scuba dive. She contributes fresh ideas and brings new perspectives to GDArch!
